Improvements to per-device simulation UI

Previously, several simulation-related entries cluttered up the device options menu. Now, all of them are consolidated into a single Simulations menu entry.

Similarly, the several simulation-related icons that used to appear when overriding multiple simulations have been consolidated into a single 🧪 icon on the device header.

Choose a browser variant (iOS only for now)

On iOS devices, you can now switch Safari browser UIs. For example, you can choose between the old, iOS 14 style, or the new, "floating" address bar introduced in iOS 15 (see below.)

Latest Safari UI for iOS 15

We now support the new Safari browser UI introduced in iOS 15! It's enabled by default on iPhone 12 devices.

To go back to the old UI, click on the 3-dot menu icon to the top-right of the device, go to Configure, and select the browser variant that you prefer.
