Sotto 1.4.8: richer Apple voices by default

Local Assistant speech now chooses the most natural Apple voice already installed on your Mac.
Improvements
Automatic speech uses an installed Siri voice when available, otherwise the best Premium or Enhanced voice for your language.
Voice menus show which Apple voice Automatic will use and place higher-quality voices first.
Bug Fixes
If a saved voice is no longer installed, Sotto now falls back cleanly to the best available voice.
