Sotto 1.4.16 Nightly: reliable menu-bar behavior

This Nightly keeps Sotto running when Settings closes and makes the Dock and menu-bar visibility choice behave consistently.

Improvements

Choose Stable or Nightly updates from Settings.

Bug Fixes

Closing Settings now keeps Sotto running in the menu bar.

Reopening Sotto brings the Settings window back normally.

Menu-bar-only mode stays out of the Dock and app switcher, even while Settings is open.

This is an early test build. Stable users remain on Sotto 1.4.15.
