Activity Monitor, Raycast import, and agent skills

The Activity Monitor command opens a live process browser with CPU and memory per app and quit / force-quit actions. Snippets can import your entire Raycast collection (JSON or .rayconfig) with duplicate detection. AI Chat and Talk voice agents gained per-agent skill controls, and translations now keep a searchable history with model and language preferences.
