If I haven't completed a daily habit by a certain time, it would be really helpful to add a notification to remind me to do it. Is that something that is possible?

Hi! I came across Benji and I really want to explore using it but got stumped on what the difference is between a List and a Project. I might be overthinking it (please be nice, I'm neurodivergent and recovering from corporate burnout đ) but can someone explain if Lists are under Projects or if Projects are under Lists, and if Sections are a type of List as well. How do you add habits that need to be counted, such as no of steps?
It would be awesome to start having a standard list of contacts that I can import/export to different apps.
