Convert between full view and Device Canvas

It was definitely annoying that in the new Sizzy there was no way to switch a full website to responsive view, so we added a few ways you can do it.

  • From the main 3 dot menu
  • From the right-click menu in the Device Canvas
  • From the right-click menu inside a webview
  • From the split 3 dot menu
  • From the tab right click menu
  • From Butler

Floating Device Canvas Toolbar

When you have a tab without splits, the Device Canvas toolbar took a lot of space and it seemed unnecessary. Now, you'll see a floating toolbar with controls in the top right corner.

You can easily collapse it, so it won't get in your way when you don't need it.

We're still brainstorming what is the best approach about this, and we'd love to hear your feedback.

Customize *all* the buttons

As developers, we'll never agree which buttons are needed and which ones are cluttering the UI. Sizzy is a browser for power users, so we decided to give you the power to hide every single visible button.

Yes, that includes the back and forward buttons. Yes, your Sizzy can be completely button-less if you want that. So start right clicking, and go nuts.

You can find the hidden buttons from toolbars in their respective overflow menu. You can re-enable all the buttons from Settings → Toolbar → Buttons.

Soon, we'll allow you to toggle all the toolbars and the sidebar Don't forget you can press Z to toggle Zen Mode.
