Account responsibility

You are responsible for keeping account access secure, publishing content you have rights to use, and ensuring public project, changelog, roadmap, and feedback pages do not expose secrets or private customer data.

Acceptable use

Do not use Glink for spam, phishing, malware, illegal content, deceptive publishing, credential collection, or attempts to disrupt the service or other customer workspaces.

Billing and cancellation

Paid subscriptions are billed by the payment provider shown at checkout. Cancellation and refund help is handled through /refund, billing@glink.so, or support@glink.so.

Support and enforcement

Glink Product Engineering owns support triage. Abuse, security, billing risk, or spam-risk cases may lead to temporary account restrictions, lifecycle suppression, or escalation to the platform owner.

Owner, SLA, and escalation

These contacts are the public routing contract for Glink support, trust, billing, and security requests.
